Workforce Recruitment

We actively market advanced manufacturing to talent pools from diverse sources, including secondary and postsecondary students, military personnel, the underemployed, unemployed, career changers, and reentry populations. We focus on building robust talent pipelines to meaningful and relevant occupations within the industry.

Specialized Training

Our pre-hire and post-hire training programs are designed to enhance skills across identified occupations in advanced manufacturing.
